Wrinkles Prevention, get back your natural beauty

In simple word, Causes of aging skin can be separated into 2 distinct factors.

First, intrinsic aging includes internal factors such as your genes and there’s not much you can do to control this aspect of aging. On average, most signs of aging skin start in the mid-twenties. However, your genetics may be such that this process happens sooner or later than average. If it’s later, you can enjoy the fact that you have “good genes”.

Extrinsic aging, on the other hand, involves external factors. Fortunately, the majority of these can be controlled. By making positive lifestyle choices, you can influence the rate at which your skin ages – although the same is true of negative lifestyle choices too.

Most External Causes Of Aging Skin
  • Overexposure to the sun: Sun damage is one of the leading causes of premature wrinkles. Although controlled doses of sunshine are healthy, most of us overdo it when we’re younger. Tanning beds and unprotected time in the sun should be avoided at all costs. Not only will you look old before your time, there’s also an increased risk for skin cancer. When you plan to be outdoors for more than just a few minutes, be sure to wear a good sunscreen.
  • Smoking: If the risk of getting lung cancer isn’t enough to stop smokers, maybe looking older is. If you smoke, your skin will age faster, you’ll likely develop excess wrinkles around the mouth and lips and your skin may even take on a yellowish tone. However, even if you’re a current smoker, by quitting now, you will see some improvements to your current skin condition and stop further damage as well.
What to do to keep your skin healthy and slow down the aging procress
  • Good Diet, Eat Raw, Living Foods. The more raw, living foods you consume the better your chances are of feeling—and looking—your best. With all of those phytochemicals, enzymes, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and nutrients your body absorbs from quality organic produce, you’ll be ensuring that your skin is receiving the nutrients it may be lacking in and/or needing. It’s no wonder you’ll find yourself glowing radiantly inside and out!
  • Hide from Sun UV. What can you do to protect yourself against those harmful UV rays? Wear a hat and apply organic (raw) coconut oil to your face, neck, arms, legs (any exposed skin) before going out—especially if you plan on being out in the sun for a significant amount of time. The organic coconut oil protects your precious skin against those damaging UV rays.
  • Drink enough water. By giving your body what it’s truly thirsting for, you’re not only drinking water, you’re hydrating your body. It’s common sense, really. If your body is dehydrated, your skin will be, too. Not only that, but by flushing your system with water, you’ll be eliminating pesky toxins and going the extra mile to prevent wrinkles from forming!
  • Exercise!!! By moving your body regularly and keeping your blood pumping, you’ll be supplying your skin with nourishment (your skin’s main source of nourishment is provided by your bloodstream) because exercising enhances the circulation process and sends blood to your skin. This is extremely helpful in preventing those dreaded wrinkles. That’s right! You can walk, jog, swim, bike—whatever sport or movement you personally enjoy—just get moving!
  • Enough sleep!! Get a healthy amount of sleep (true rest) so your body can do what it needs to at night: rejuvenate you through and through!
